But did you know that you don’t have to throw that cute dispenser away when it’s empty?! Learn how to make your own DIY soap dispenser. You can make your own foamy soap and refill it! You can make a cheap generic Walmart bottle of regular hand soap last a year! This is a great way to save money and to recycle that plastic dispenser instead of throwing it out! Also, I’m going to show you how to give that soap a soap dispenser makeover!
Step 1: Fill the empty bottle dispenser with 1 inch of liquid soap.
Step 2: Fill the rest of the bottle up with hot water. The hot water will help dissolve the liquid soap.
Step 3: Shake up the bottle and mix well
Ta-da! You now have a filled bottle of foamy soap!
Next we are going to give that soap dispenser a makeover! I don’t know how many times I’ve walked through the store trying to match the soap bottle to match my bathroom. Then I finally find a bottle that matches the bathroom and I don’t like the soap scent! Ugh! Today we are going to fix that problem! We are going to decorate the dispenser to fit your room. Maybe you are using it for the bathroom or the kitchen. I’m going to show you how you can easily change it up and fit it to suit your style and decor! We are going to decorate it ourselves! Step 1: Peel off the label from your dispenser. Clear ones work the best!
Step 2: Replace the label with cute stickers with words or pictures to decorate it.
Step 3: Add a cute ribbon bow if you like.
Step 4: Enjoy looking at the cute soap dispenser you made every time you wash your hands!
Make a new one for each season or holiday or just make one that matches the room and keep it out year round!
